5 Reasons why we should drink water every day
I love water especially when I add lemon and berries to give it that extra flavour. Did you know that water affects every cell in our bodies? Without water, our bodies become dehydrated which can leave us feeling ill, causing us to suffer from headaches and back pain, in fact, most chronic pains can be caused by dehydration.
"We must drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. Buy yourself a large water bottle with ounces on the side so you can keep track of how much you are drinking."
Coach Paulette Kumar
We cannot survive without water. I advise my clients to drink at least 3 bottles a day. Some people find it hard, in fact, one of my clients was not a huge fan of water, her words were "Water is so boring there's just no taste" After I heard her say that I giggled to myself, I felt the same many years ago but honestly, the taste grows on you. I told her to add some fruit and now, she loves it. It's even helped with her recovery, she feels less pain and has gained more energy.
