Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Paulette and I am a well-being life coach who specialises in Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Stress Management.

I Suffered from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 7 years. With self-belief and a positive mindset, I managed to recover although, I wouldn't say that I have fully recovered just yet. I tell my clients that coaching is not counselling or therapy. I am here to support and help my clients achieve their personal goals, gain positive results and implement lifelong changes.
